Using cheats carries inherent risk of game account bans. A ban event — whether from AC signature detection, server-side behavioral analysis, player reports, or manual review — is not eligible for a monetary refund under any circumstances.

If you believe a ban occurred while our product was in UPDATE/OFFLINE status and you injected by mistake, open a ticket with evidence — we will investigate on a goodwill basis.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support first — we resolve billing errors quickly and without requiring a formal dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without prior contact will result in automatic account suspension while the dispute is open. If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, the account may be permanently terminated with no further refund eligibility.
Crypto transactions are irreversible by nature — payment disputes for crypto must be resolved through our support system.
