By accessing or using AIMSOFT (the "Service") — including browsing the storefront, registering an account, purchasing a license, or running the loader — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You represent that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

We provide undetected game cheat software, account management tools, license key delivery, HWID binding, and related support services. Service offerings may change over time.

• Undetected cheats with aimbot, ESP, radar, recoil control, and related modules
• Loader software for injection and license authentication
• Dashboard for license management, HWID resets, and credit top-ups
• Support ticket system and update delivery
• Optional reseller and white-label tiers where authorized

To access most features you need an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate and current registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential — do not share them
• Notify support immediately of unauthorized access
• One account per person — multi-account creation to evade bans or restrictions is prohibited

Digital products are licensed, not sold. A license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for the purchased duration on one HWID-bound device.

• Licenses expire at the end of the purchased period
• License keys may not be resold, shared, or distributed without written authorization
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
• Attempting to bypass the loader's authentication or spoof HWID without authorization is prohibited

Each license key is bound to one Hardware ID (HWID) at first activation. This prevents key sharing and protects license integrity.

• You are entitled to a limited number of HWID resets per subscription period (see product page for count)
• HWID resets are available from Dashboard → Licenses
• Attempting to spoof or bypass HWID detection without authorization will result in immediate license termination with no refund
• HWID data is retained for fraud-prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy

Purchases are final once access is delivered. See the Refund Policy for eligibility details.

• Credits are non-transferable between accounts and do not expire unless stated otherwise
• You are responsible for monitoring your balance before purchasing
• Prices may change with reasonable notice
• Unauthorized chargebacks result in automatic account suspension during dispute resolution
• We apply anti-fraud checks on all transactions — suspicious activity may result in delayed processing or account review

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Commit fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Share, resell, or distribute license keys without written authorization
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or enforcement actions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
• Spoof HWID or circumvent authentication mechanisms
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Upload malware, exploits, or disruptive code through support attachments
• Publish, stream, or record use of cheats in ways that expose our bypass methods to anti-cheat developers
• Abuse or threaten support staff

• We test bypass status daily and patch same-day on detections — but anti-cheat companies continuously update and we cannot guarantee permanent undetected status
• Do not inject during UPDATE/OFFLINE status — wait for UNDETECTED confirmation on the product page
• Server-side detection (kill-rate analysis, manual review, report waves) is outside the scope of our bypass and is solely your responsibility to manage via settings
• We are not liable for game account bans, hardware bans, or publisher enforcement actions of any kind
• Ban risk increases significantly with rage settings (high FOV, spinbot, speedhack) — use at your own discretion

You may be subject to third-party terms (game publisher ToS, platform rules) when using our software. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

We are not responsible for enforcement actions, account restrictions, or losses arising from third-party policies — including game bans, platform bans, or IP bans.

All software, loader code, designs, and content of the Service are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or IP beyond normal use of the Service.

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or copying of our software is a violation of these Terms and applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability during anti-cheat update cycles
• That our bypass will remain undetected indefinitely
• Error-free operation on all hardware and software configurations
• That game publishers will not detect or ban use of our software

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including game account loss, gaming hardware bans, or any losses resulting from enforcement actions by third parties.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 30 days prior.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse support staff, attempt to circumvent authentication, or share keys without authorization.

On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Key-sharing and fraud terminations are not eligible for refunds.

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. We will note significant changes with a revised "Last updated" date.
